How do I remove lens to clean inside headlights? Afraid if I push or pull to much I will break plastic holding lens in

 

You don't. The housing is sealed. The only way to get the lens off is to place it in an oven and heat it up until the glue melts. Are you sure the inside is dirty and not the outside? You might need this instead:
