Headlights move up and down Santa Fe 2003 2.0 awd
 

since i drive this car, as soon as ignition is on, i see and hear the light moving slightly up and down every 3-10 seconds.
Its just minimal, not really bothering me or theother cars, but i am sure that is not supposed to be that way.

any ideas ?
