How do I keep power outlets live

I have a 2017 Santa Fe. I live in the country and when I go shopping in the city I have a 12 V refrigerator I can use to keep my groceries cold. This works great unless I stop for lunch or something else and when I shut the car off all of the 12 V outlets go dead. ( 120 V outlet shuts off as well ). I thought about leaving it in the accessory position which will give me about 15 minutes but if I do that I can’t even lock the car.

does anybody have a workaround for this. I’d like to find a way that I could just keep power to the 12 V outlets all the time or override the 15 minute shut off in the accessory position.

Thanks I have a 2017 Santa Fe. I live in the country and when I go grocery shopping in the city I have a 12 V electric refrigerator are used to keep my food cold. This works great as long as the car is running but if I stop for lunch or something else all of the outlets go dead when I shut off the car. Does anyone have a workaround for this. I can understand why you would want to keep the refrig running, but it is consuming power and if left consuming long enough it will drain the battery and you won't be able to start the engine.of your vehicle.
The only reasonable solution would be to purchase some ice and use that to keep the stuff cold. .
