Need a new rear tail light 07'

Need a new pass side tail light bulb. I pulled off the panel. I see a wire and three screws. Is this all I need to take off the get the tail light out? And I think the bulb is the 1157. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I pulled the tail light. I got some good advice from another site. Put a rag below the 10mm nuts/screws so you don't drop them in to the bottomless pit. I bought some 1157 bulbs...when I pulled the burnt bulb it was an 1156. The tail light uses 3 different types of bulbs. One is a 1157, 1156 and what looks like a 168. Strange. Oh well....back to the parts store.
