My Santa Fe has a Power steering fluid issue, it seems to be over flowing, and also bubbling.
Any suggestions on what i can do to fix my problem or any other suggestions.

Also my engine seems to makeing a whineing noise when I drive it when more so when i make a turn..

The whining issue and the power steering issue are probably the same issue. There's a TSB about how the screen at the bottom of the power steering reservoir gets clogged and won't allow fluid to pass. The whine is the pump choking for fluid. The solution is supposed to be remove the reservoir and clean it out.
