I would like to purchase a 2007 Keyless remote on Ebay. Any help on how I can program it myself. Thanks !

Take it to a dealer. It requires a dealer scantool to program the remotes.

 

It's true it requires a fancy hand held computer gadget to do it.

For the Santa Fee 2007 I believe itonly supports 2 remotes and all remotes need to be present when it's re-programmed. So even though you are only adding a new one bring any other you have at the same time.

Should only take them a few minutes to do and if you are lucky and talk nice to them they won't charge you for it.
