Strange computer like sound?

Strange computer like sound?
Anyone ever experience this noise? It's driving me absolute crazy 😫 It sounds like an old computer trying to hook up to dial up or or a cd reader trying to read a cd over and over again. The sound is coming from behind my dash,, behind the gauges. It happens when the engine is OFF but the ON button is turned on and does not happen when ACC is on. The radio and fans are both turned off. I've googled my brains out trying to find answers before having to take it in... Any help is much appreciated 😊

Does your vehicle have automatic climate control?
It took a while to get the light to come on upstairs (in my head) , but it sounds like an automatic door control motor in the heating ductwork not completing a full cycle.
I'm sure if you took it to a shop they could determine the source.
