Options are to do your own work and maybe lots of welding

Seriously, check to see if there is a recall on your vehicle
Hope for the best. Also, start saving for another car.

A lot depends on the present condition of your vehicle.
If it has been neglected, there is always a price to pay for neglect.
If on the other hand, it is in decent shape otherwise, sub frame replacement isn't that difficult a job. You will need some equip to hold the engine up while doing the job and an alignment will be required when completed. Only you know what you have and sometimes it is cheaper in the long run to repair than to replace especially with a used vehicle because how many people do you know that got rid of a perfectly good vehicle. You guessed it , it needed some expensive repairs or has a problem that no one could correct. Were you able to get more than one estimate?
