03 v6 wiring question
 

I found some wires that are under my driver seat, one red or orange, and one black they go to a male ended plug I can find no empty female spots under the seat or near the seat, does anyone know what that wire is for??

Please someone help me! I am really wanting it to be something for the trans, because it is in the 3rd gear fail safe, difficult to go into drive and reverse, and MIL is on, but I know that I am not that lucky.
