05 sonata cold start wont idle no codes!
 

4cyl. I have checked everything. In the process of cleaning throttle body and idle speed control motor/valve. I have a snap on tool and the mass air sensor is reading .98v with engine on and not running. Its supposed to be 0 with engine off. With it running at idle (after it warms up) the mass air reads 1.5v and supposed to be .5 at idle. I have tried a new mass air and still the same. I also tried a new computer out of an 04 Sonata and still the same thing. I have checked the connection with the Mass air sensor wiring harness to computer and everything checks out to spec. Any help would be great.
