06 Sonata 4 & V6... any problems?
 

[8D]I work @ Glendora HYUNDAI in Glendora, CA and my customers (and I) need to know if the Alabama plant is putting out the Sonatas as good as the Korean factories do? If so, watch out fellas, as this new kid on the block is ready to rumble with this nice looking puppy!

Beats me, as the GF has a Korean built one. But judging from American-built Toyotas and Nissans, they don't lose much of anything in the translation. Remember, the QC guys are still foreign.

hi guy we sell hyundai in the north east
we have had the 06 lx and gls for two weeks no problems in the east
it will be the car of the year we stock about 100 to 125 sonatas at any one time we only have 4 05 left and 1 o6 a gls
the 4 cyl come this week and are in port hurry we are selling the hell out of them ps love the spins 150 smiles

i woudl think that there would be more effort to ensure there are no problems to remove doubt about the new build location!

Selling something as American-built will rarely be a drawback, except to those of us that are in the auto-industry. We get a little better picture about what the UAW has done for vehicle quality.
