06 Sonata Stuttering At 2K RPM's

My Sonata is running great except that it seems to stutter between 1800 and 2000 RPM's. Air filter and plugs have been changed. If anyone has an idea I'd be really greatful. I read about it possibly being a "throttle position sensor", but I can't even find one. Everyone I've found is for a 2005 or earlier. I'm wondering if this year even has one or if it's called anything else.
Anyway, I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions.
Thanks,
Chris

That's because 2005-eariler are totally different cars. The Sonata was redesigned for 2006-up. If you don't have a Check Engine Light, I wouldn't worry about it. But if you're still bothered by it, go to a dealer to have it looked ay. It's still under warranty.

The throttle position sensor is part of the Electronic Throttle System or ETS unit on these cars, which is a far more complicated unit that combines the TPS with the functions of the seperate idle air controller found on older designs. Error codes are not triggered until problems persist through a number of cycles. If this problem is that persistant, I'm guessing it will eventually set off the CEL.
