07 Sonata Electrical Problem

I have a 07 Sonata with a little over 2000 miles. It has been in the shop three times and I'm going to take it in again for the forth time!

Problem: 1. Turn on High Beams, left high beam comes on, right turn signal and right turn indicator come on steady and windshield wipers come on. 2. Turn on the right turn signal and after six seconds the wipers start working. Left signal works fine.
1st time in the shop - Unable to duplicate. (less than a month old)
2nd time in the shop - Module was changed (this was the very next day)
3rd time in the shop - Electrician said there was a bad ground at or around the right rear turn signal. (Huh!)
4th time in the shop - We'll find out.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was the fix. I don't believe they have gone into the stering colume as of yet or checked the switches at that point.
