Hi there everyone! I'm having similar issues as some have had with re fueling. I have a 2000 Hyundai Sonata GLS. In the last several months my gas mileage went from 27 to 14 mpg between fuel ups. NOT GOOD. Then when I re fuel the car has a hard time starting. I should also mention when I stop for fuel there is so much pressure built up in the tank the cap almost shoots off in my hand. I ran the codes reader and it showed P-0449. I have been told several different solutions for this code. I would like someone from this forum who probably knows more about my car then the dealer does explain to me what options I have. Part numbers and diagrams would be a huge help. My Haynes manual is not the clearest when it comes to the EVAP system.
