2001 Sonata IAT sensor question

Hello everyone,
I just registered and did a search but couldn't find anything out regarding my problem. Here it is! My car is stalls at low idle, the code comes up as the inlet air temperature sensor (IAT) but I can't find it. I was wondering if the IAT is built into the MAF, or if not where is it located. I have the 4cylinder version. any help is appreciated. Are there any good Canadian web sites that sell this piece? Thanks!

What is the code you are getting?

I believe on the four cylinder engine it is built into the MAF.

Thanks! I got a new MAF and put it in, works better now. But sometimes the car has a hard time to shift into gears :(. I"m looking into it now.
