Is this a possibility with the factory radio? I have yet to manage to get a chance to look at it. I got in on a group buy for a CD changer plug to 3.5mm male cable that I installed in my 2004. Little sister has ended up with a 2006 that has every feature and option in the world but an aux cable. My search thus far has been unfruitful and it seems they discontinued the cd changer option?

No, it's not possible. You will need to go with an aftermarket head unit.

I called cruthfield and then have a system that hooks directly through the radio antenna. You don't get interfierance like with other fm transmitters. It gives you an audio jack you plug your ipod or mp3 player into. I hope this helps
