2006 Sonata Ignition Switch

Hello everyone. I appreciate any info that can be provided.
I seem to have the coveted ignition switch problem. Starts perfectly sometimes, then randomly needs to be turned 20-30 times.
I have seen a few videos on Youtube for replacement and seem easy enough.
My main question is do I just need to replace p//n 93110-3K000 which appears to be the electric switch part that is held in by a screw on the back of the cylinder?
Or do I need to replace 81910-3K010/81910-3K000 which is the lock cylinder and switch.
Does anyone have a schematic for this. It seem that when the ignition is turned to the Start position I believe contact is made between #1 and #3. I was just thinking I could easily tap into those and add a pushbutton switch to start when the key givesway? Thoughts?
Thank you all and stay safe

Adding a switch instead of a key with lock would make it very easy for thieves to steal the car.
If you are having problems starting vehicle then it is probably electric.
Which would mean the switch needs replacing.
If you are having problems with turning the key then the lock cylinder needs replacing.

The ignition switch is the cheaper of the two parts.
On my 2001 Elantra it was about $20 dollars.
The lock was about ten times as much.
