I have replaced the blower motor and resistor and checked the fuses i still havnt had any progress any sugestions

Does the vehicle have manual or automatic climate control?

You would need to trace back starting at the blower motor, check for power and ground. If you get back to the control module inside the dash , you might have a problem there.
