2010 sonata wiring guide
 
does this exist? im not happy with the factory stereo, and wanted to replace it with anoter double din radio. problem is that i cant seem to find one online, and crutchfield states that they dont have specific installation instructions for a 2010. any help would be appreciated

Sign up for FREE account at www.hmaservice.com , and look at site requirements and them.

From the select ETM, select vehicle by model, year, engine from drop down boxes, and run.

The information provided by Sbr711 will get you to the wiring schmatics, but will not explain how to remove the radio. Here are those instructions.

SONATA(NF) >2010 > G 2.4 DOHC > Body Electrical System > Audio > Audio Unit > Repair procedures

Replacement

1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.Remove the console under cover (B).

3.Remove the side garnish(A). (Refer to the Body group - crash pad)

4.Remove the center garnish(A).

5.Remove the crash pad center facia panel(A).

6.Remove the clock connector(A) and heater control unit connector(B).

7.Remove the mounting screws then remove the audio unit (A).

8.Remove the the audio unit connectors and cables(A).

9.Installation is the reverse of removal.
