2011 Sonata SE Tire Size
 

Hello Everyone, I have 2011 Sonata SE stock tire size is 225x45x18, I'm wanting to replace with 235x50x18 does anyone know if it will fit in vehicle wheel well?

Why do you want that size? What are you trying to accomplish? It's not only wider but 1.5" taller. That will throw off your speedometer and odometer by over 5%. I would not suggest going to that size.

it will also make the car look like a 4x4 due to increase in sidewall size--I would stay with the original size as well.

That being said, your should be ok, but you may have a rub when you go lock-to-lock.
