Hello all,

I had a question about compatible thumb drive or external USB hard drives. Does anyone know where I can find a list? I have a 320 GB external USB HD and it is not compatible, I believe it says "media error" when I try to "connect" it pushing the media button.

Most likely the system requires your storage device to be formatted with with a FAT file system. Most flash sticks are formatted as FAT by default, while USB hard drives are usually formatted NTFS. If you reformat your drive as FAT (this will erase it), it will most likely work.
