My radio and Bluelink just stopped. No light or power to radio. Had car just 3 weeks. Anyone else have this issue?

I had it happen to me not too long after getting my car last year. My XM Radio would not play nor would the nav system work so when they tested it at the dealership, they found that too much water had gotten into the antenna. They had to replace it. After they replaced it, my xm worked and it has worked ever since.

Take your car to the dealer and have them look at the antenna.

Turns out it was bad radio head in a car that was 4 weeks old.
