2016 the air not turning off
Hello just bought a used 2016 sonata sport and I'm absolutely in love. Buuut today going to work I turned the knob to 0 to turn off the heater and I noticed air was still coming out when the car was in motion. I thought maybe It was because I was in eco mode maybe. But switched through all the modes (sport eco regular) it didn't change. Only when the car was stopped. I'm not to worried I still have a week to return the car for a full refund and 30 days to take it in and get it fixed for free. I called the car max service number and left a message. So just wondering if anyone knows what's going on. I'm a little scared because I bought the car because it got really good reviews and low miles just want to make sure the sonata isn't prone to mechanical or electrical problems hence it's only 2 1/2 years old. Sorry for the essay just looking for some help, thank you

If you have the air set to receive fresh air in then when the car is in motion, air will flow in through the vents
Try setting the air to recirculate. Air flow should stop. |

Oh ok how do I do that? Are you talking about the button that has an arrow with the car? Because I turned that off..
Turning that on will stop outside air flow from coming in |
Wow that totally worked. Thank you so much. That must be a new feature because iv never had that happen before. Thank you again.
