cabin air filter?
 
i had the cabin airfilter changed at a local grage here on my 2006 sonata with a 3.3 in it.it was filthy with leaves and other junk in it.i wanted to have the one in my 2003 changed but the guy at the grage said that year did not have one. is this true?or maby he did not want to bother with it

I checked the hmaservice.com site, but couldn't find any evidence that you have one. Just check it yourself. If you have one, it's behind the glove box. Just undo the clips or screws and look behind there.

found it you have to lower the glovebox then take all the surrounding plastic around it.the filter was filthy and it took me about fortyfive minutes with the help of a mechnic.my 06 only takes about five minutes.

You can by them locally or E-bay for $12.
Pretty easy to change.
