Can we change from 'D' to sport mode while car is moving?

Can we change from 'D' to sport mode while car is moving?

Hi Everybody,

Can somebody please tell me that if it is a bad driving if I change the selector from 'D' position to 'Sport Mode' while the car is moving, especially in highways?

Do you think it will hurt the car?
