I have a 2003 sonata 2.4 auto and I am changing the axles (bad cv joints) the problem is, I cant get the axle to pry loose from the tranny!I pulled the end out of the disc brake end.. but after much prying, the pass side finally came out, but the drivar side is a no go..Has anyone else had this problem.. and how do I overcome this? I tried 2 prybars, a screwdriver and extreme foul language.. do u have any special tricks to get this out? thx!!

 

ok..figured it out..I tried every prybar I could to no avail...Went out back and got my ball joint separator and...three hits later...out she came!!!!!wish I would have tried that earlier!!!!I just hit up to wedge it and hit sideways once.. too easy!!!
