Default Changing batteries

Think I saw somewhere that if you need new battery yoiu will have to have the anti-theft device re-enabled for the radio?? My 2006 LX has the premium radio and sound system! 4 years old and it's beginning to be time to have battery trouble!

I've never seen that happen. Just replace the battery. You'll be fine.

Just start the thing up, and with it running, swap the battery... Just dont let the positive clamp hit anything metal, the short will turn the engine off right now..

I take and wrap a shop rag around the clamp for insulation and move cable out of way.. swap battery, re-install cables.. No clock or radio stations to mess with.
