Click/clunk noise under me

I feel and hear a clicking noise under me when backing out of a parking spot as I go forward after the wheel is pointed in the new direction. The dealer says they've inspected the suspension, various mounts, and fixed a broken motor mount. They say they can't find anything wrong with it, and compared it to some of their other cars. Mine is a 2003; 4 cylinder. Can anyone please tell me this is normal?

It only seems to occur when I back out turning the wheel right.

RE: Click/clunk noise under me

Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing. I had a similar thing on an RS turbo once. Sound does not always come from where you think it is coming from.

Hope you sort it out.

Chris.

sounds like it could be a worn CV joint in the left wheel.
