The year on the car is 2004 and the light(LED?) under the console to the left of the shifter(P,R,N,D) is burned out or a loose wire. How do you access the bulb?

 

Remove console panels enough to access bulb-socket -

1.Pry the rear upper cover from the floor console with a flat-tip screwdriver.

2.Remove the front upper cover from the floor console after removing 2 screws.

3.Remove the floor console mounting screws (2EA) and bolts (2EA).

4.Remove the floor console assembly after removing 4 screws.

5.Installation is the reverse of removal.
