Crash report and thanks Hyundai

I am a bit slow this week having been crashed Sunday by a high-speed 60mph red-light runner who crunched my new Sonata (5000 miles 3 months old) - fortunately my wife and I were not injured too badly. Other driver admitted liability and was ticketed. There was a baby in other car - I turned my car or my wife Lorraine would have been killed and other driver. My Sonata behaved excellent - front end progressively crushed - no skid, no rollover. Immediately I heard a voice from Hyundai on the BlueLink saying, 'You have had an accident at Junction of Walnut and 19th are you OK we will send help', which they did. That's service for you! Gil

Sorry to hear about the accident but glad to hear you and your wife are okay. Nice to hear the Sonata performed well in protecting its passengers.

The car was efficiently repaired by Transitowne Hyundai/Dodge, Buffalo, NY.
It cost about 6000 dollars to other driver's insurance. It took just one week and runs fine again glad to have it back.
