I wanted to see who else has been experiencing this problem. My dashboard has about an 8" crack right above the passenger air bag. The car primarily has sat in a parking garage for most of its existence. I reached out to the dealer and they seem to be aware there is an existing problem but are giving me the "it's out of warranty excuse". I feel this problem is more common than not. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have you had any success with Hyundai replacing?

If your vehicle has been out in exposed sunlight for a period of time , long enough to get pretty hot, that might have contributed to the crack problem.
