I thought that by replacing the bulb would make the difference, but after replacing both map light bulbs I am still left with no map light on the driver's side. Anyone had/have this problem and what was the outcome? (2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS)

 

It could be a number of things: the switch itself, the wiring, a problem in the assembly.
If there are less than 60,000 miles on the car it should be covered by the warranty. Take it back to the dealer and have them check it.

 

bought the car used with 96000 on it and its well passed the warranty

 

Any lucky with this issue? I'm having the same problem
