I'm thinking of selling off my '05 XG350 and maybe driving my wife's '02 Sonata. What I'm wondering is how do they compare in the leg room department? I feel somewhat cramped in the XG350, but the Sonata almost looks bigger. My imagination? Scott

 

According to specifications the front legroom is identical in both cars.

 

What it might be is it just 'looks' and feels like there is more room since the Sonata doesn't have the large console that reaches to the floor.
