Low (<500) RPM during engine idling - 2002 Sonata, 4 cyl, GL

The engine RPM dipped to around 500 and then <500 this morning when I was waiting at a traffic light (signal). The vehicle starting vibrating a lot and it was not the normal type of vibration when the car is idling. Do let me know what would have potentially gone wrong with my car.

The Idle Air Control valve (IAC) is probably dirty or partially clogged. It's also known as the Idle Speed Control Actuator (ISCA).

Is this something that we can clean (if so, can you help with the steps); else if I need to take it to a mechanic, what exactly do I need to ask them to perform.
