So, I'm trying to figure out why I have rough idle in my 02 2.7 GLS (62k miles). I replaced the plugs and wires last week; that helped with sluggish acceleration, but it still idles rougher than it used to. Before I changed plugs, I had OBD codes for misfires on all 6 cylinders. That went away, but a couple days ago I got codes for misfires on 1 and 3. Cleared that to see if it would come back. CEL came on today - P0444EVAP control system purge valve C open. Is this somehow related to my rough idle or a new issue?
