is it possible to replace 07 sonata gauges to 09 blue gauges?
Is it possible to replace the 2007 hyundai sonata green gauges with the new 2009 blue gauges??
will it cost much and is easy to change or needs a lot of work?

Yes and no.
Can you put the 2009 gauges in your 2007? No.
Can you replace the green LED's in your 2007 gauges with blue LED's? Yes. However, it's more than just the gauges. You will have to change the LED's in the radio, the switches on the dash and the window switches on the doors, etc. There's a lot of LED's to change just to change the color.
