Default REAR SUSPENSION No shocks
I was under my Sonata it did have any shocks in the rear. is this something new ?

The rear strut has a shock absorber on the 07 Sonata suspension. The strut is Number 5 in the first diagram. The shock absorber is Number 5 in the second diagram.
