I just got my windows tinted on my 04 Sonata, (5%) all the way around [sm=devilgrin.gif]...I was going to have a 6in strip on the front windshield but they wouldn't touch the rearview mirror, said it could break the window trying to get it off. They wouldn't tint around it either, said I could try and remove it myself and they would put it back...Does anyone know how to take it off, it's not like other car's I've seen. From what I understand it's spring loaded somehow. SOMEONE HELP!!!!! [sm=feedback.gif]

 

AHHHH I figured it out....It just slides down towards the dash. Takes alittle bit of force but if you keep it par. with the window it comes off pretty easy.

 

I,m glad you found that out so that now I dont have to think about how to get it off if I need to do the same
