Recent Sonata Owner and new to Hyundai Cars
Hi all, I just recently purchased a 2007 Sonata GLS 4Cyl with 145,000 kms. I upgraded from my 99 VW Golf. So far I am very happy with the car, no major issues so far. But I do have a couple of minor ones though and was wondering if anyone could answer it for me.
I have a CEL light that comes on every now and then, doesn't affect the driving or performance of the car. I think I have isolated the issue to either something with the gas cap of something in the gas tank. I fooled around with the cap once and it went away. Then a couple of days later it came back on again and after a fill up the light went away again, any ideas?
Also when the car hits bumps, the suspension clunks and sounds more pronounced than other cars I have driven. I have noticed it in the drivers seat and one of my friends heard it in the rear/passenger side seat as well. Is this just loud suspension(I'm hoping it is) or is there something else?
Also does my year and model of car known to have any issues major or minor?
