Has anyone had head gasket replacement experience with 3.3L in a NF Sonata?

I'm trying to buy a bank-repo Sonata that clearly has blown head gasket(s), by the steam out the tailpipe.

Are these noted for cracking heads? Warping Heads? Cracking Block?

Estimated shop time to do head gaskets? Are these done in car, or with sub-frame dropped out? I've done 2.4's... they're easy peezy. Never had to touch a 3.3L.
