Sonata Cam sensor on back order
We took our 2015 Sonata to dealer for check engine light over two months ago. They said it needs a cam sensor and that the part is on back order and they aren't getting any info from Hyundai. I'm getting the run-around from dealer and Hyundai customer service. 2 months without our car! They are finally paying for a rental, but no indication on when we'll get the car back...weeks? months? Years? We finally broke down and bought a newer to us car, precisely so we'd have better reliability. So much for that. Can't even get parts for it. I would love our money back.
Anyone else dealing with this or have advice? |
