Sonata won't accelerate

Hello please help! On my 2012 Sonata SE battery died overnight think somebody left interior light on.
Tried to start it with Jumper battery but that then died !
Called AAA who started it with jump cables from their truck. Left it running to charge battery, noticed initial hesitation when I pressed gas pedal to rev it.
Went for a test drive noticed hesitation. After a quarter mile car died on me to 5 mph and continued like that till I got home (just!). Bluetooth warning came on Nav saying 'Possible TPMS Malfunction' but no TPM warning light came on.
What to do please? Can I reset electronics or something?
(Jumper battery will not charge now from wall socket)

It's still under warranty. Take it back to the dealer.

Indications are that the fault lies with the MAP sensor - we shall see. Gil

I don't believe the 2012 Sonata uses a MAP sensor. It has a MAF sensor.

You may be incorrect - the invoice says -
Code P0106 appeared for MAP sensor performance. Replaced MAP sensor and drove vehicle two drive cycles.

You are correct. It uses MAP, not MAF. Interesting.
