wheel hop in my 07 sonata on wet roads

ok, so i have a 95 maxima that only does this if i have a bad motor mount or tires are low or if i hit it too slow or too fast with those conditions. i have tiger paw tires that came with the car and they have a ton of tread but are a harder compound then the yokohama's i have on the maxima. so, with this being said i read that i should be giving it more gas? or take off traction assist? once i had it in the trip-tronic side and i started off in 3rd gear which i think was what caused it one time. new to hyundai's, but have had multiple cars and trying to figure out how to handle this car safely on wet and snow, thanks :)

Like I said in your other post, the V6 has a ton of power. Ease up on the throttle. Or get better tires that have better grip in the rain.

i barely touched the gas and it did the wheel hop twice, i read somewhere else that it's better to give it more gas, if i did that in my maxima i's expect a little hop. weird thing is that the maxima used to sit and spin when givin too much gas. now i'm being told it's a mount problem, replaced the 2 center mounts and that's when it started.
