Will only start with a jump

Good morning,
I have a 2003 Sonata, 6cyl, just went over 100k miles. Two days ago the car wouldn't start. I jumped it and it started. Tested the battery and autozone said it was bad. Yesterday bought new battery and no start. Car will start again with a jump. What is causing no start? Is it possible that going over 100k miles caused cam position sensor to give? BTW, not pulling any codes. Any/All help is appreciated. This is my sole source of transportation. Thanks.

Check the cables for being loose or corroded.

Will check the cables. To my recollection there was minimal corrosion but not much. Will make sure all is gone though. It seems to me that that may not be the only thing. After turning car off, I have no power whatsoever. No interior lights, clock, nothing.

I had a weird issue kinda similar with my 01 my problem was the power cable running from the positive post on my alternator to the battery corroded off. I had to run a new wire, it wasn't that hard but it sure was annoying.

P.S. Don't try to follow the wire with your hand if the engine is hot or even kinda warm, mine ran right next to the exhaust headers. Which i found out the hard way from underneath my car.

Okay, just checked and there was minimal corrosion. Cleaned whatever corrosion was there. Still no start. I'm going to try and jump the starter to rule out that. I'm also thinking the starter relay. Anyone have any other idea how/where to check that? Anyone have other ideas/opinions?

Solution: it was the starter relay.... I swapped it with another relay that was in the fuse box under the hood and the car started and kept starting.

Thanks for all the help.
