Wiper is always on in my Sonata 99
I sent my sonata 1999 to replace the small timing belt and the Crankshaft Angle Sensor CAS,, but when I received the car I realized two problems, first, door locks are not functioning, second, the wiper was always ON although the washer`s lever in OFF position!. Afterwards, I realized that the mechanic cleaned engine by spraying kerosene on it and may be with water first. Then, I sent the car to car electrician, he checked the Wiper motor relay switch in fuse compartment, replace the washer wiper switch lever but the problem is still persists. anybody have a clue? Thanks
