I have a 2006 HYUNDAI TERRACAN : 2.9 CRDI A4.
I see theres quite a bit of conversation re this issue but no obvious solution.
Somedays it starts quite happily and other days it doesnt.
It will not start until i manually pump the fuel bladder and then its starts, 10 minutes later it may restart straight away, next day starts straight, 5 minutes later it will refuse to start unless fuel bladder pumped.
I took it to my mechanic and he did the follwoing, I have no clue by the way and am not mecahnically inclined so looking for tips i can give my mechanic.
He did the following
Removed sunction control valve from the fuel injector pump and replaced it.
Bleed the fuel system
Ran diagnostic and found the fuel primer one way valve was not holding fuel pressure.
Replaced primer with aftermarket primerkit.

So it worked for a couple of days and now is repeating the issues i first mentioned.

Im at $842.00 and really want to reduce the cost as this might get silly and there be no obvious resolution.
