Default V6 Terracan misfire with injector fault

Hi all, I have 2004 petrol Terracan. I had an inlet manifold leak when I purchased the vehicle which I rectified but now I seem to have a fuel injector issue. I have replace all 6 fuel injectors, replace all the injector connections. It's hard new leads, plugs and coils and a fluid service. I have tried testing at the PCM but all the wiring diagrams I can find do not accurately represent at my PCM. Has anyone had an injector previously on the V6 and how did it get rectified. I think I also may have worn O2 sensors not sure if this is contributing, it's seems only injector 4 is suffering.

A little puzzled, If you didn't have the problem before doing all the work and now it comes up, how was it determined to be an injector problem ?

We could throw out all kinds of things to do , but best if we start from the beginning.
If all the work was done carefully and correctly, you might be looking at a defective injector..That would require some addl work and don't want to give you addl work if not necessary.

I Cannot confirm if the issue was not there previously as it ran pretty poorly when I bought it. I have confirmed the problem with my obd scanner as the car continues to through a P0204 code for the injector circuit. Since I have replaced the injectors I can only imagine there is a wiring fault but I have been struggling to find a comprehensive wiring diagram to diagnose from.

There are a few things you can do until you find a diagram.

The injector should have constant power (12 volts) to it when the key is on, does it?
When the engine is cranking or running the PCM should be providing a blinking ground to it , is it?

Which ever one is missing will determine where you go next.

Thanks for all the input, found some information yesterday and was able to diagnose the issue as a dodgy pin on two of the injectors. Terry is back to life purring.
