03 tib v6 5 speed code P0340
 

so i just picked up this 2003 tiburon v6 5 speed manual. Car has one engine code. P0340 wich indicates a fault with the camshaft position sensor...i found the harness has been replaced and so i solderer the connections n heatshrinked them hoping that was the issue but after a drive the engine light is back. car runs and drives fine...just go ta annoying light that i want out!

3 questions:
-there any way to test the wires on the harness to see if there working correctly?
-Also the 3 wires off the harness are orange/black/brown. does anyone have a pic of the harness so i can confirm that the wires r solderd in the correct order? the harness that the previous owner put on has all black wires so i dont know if i solderd then back on in the correct order.
-camshaft position sensor removal how to would be great!
