2001 tiburon
in good shape - 90K miles
while coasting - not accelerating
i hear a slight, low whirring sound-not from the wheels or tires
neither right nor left, not front or back-but centered in the car, under the passenger cabin
could this be a rough bearing in the transmission or in the rear of the engine?
any information is appreciated
could this be really $

The engine and transmission are in front of the front wheels, not under the passenger cabin.
