2001 Tiburon Slams 1st to 2nd gear, and 2nd to 3rd slips
 

Hello everyone, I could use a little help. We have a 2001 Tiburon 4Cyl Auto, that Slams 1st to 2nd gear, and 2nd to 3rd slips until at operating temp, then transmission shifts "almost" normal.

We get no codes whatsoever, but we changed the Input Output sensors because we heard those can be a problem. We also changed the fluid and filter, but no difference. (We used the proper Castrol Import ATF)

Maybe a bad speed sensor on trans? But speedo works fine and there are no codes.

Any ideas?

I was thinking it could be a sticking solenoid increasing or decreasing line pressure, but hoping it is not something major like broken hard parts. I don't mind dropping the pan again and removing the valve body to fix a solenoid, but if something else, then I will give up.
